The AC is almost in. A bit of insulated duct work, a little plumbing, and that job will be finished. The second photo is a rather modified plastic transition box. I cut the collar collar off a straight in box, rotated it 90 degrees, filled the space with an inflated balloon, and fabricated the structure with strips of cloth and epoxy. A bit more fairing compound and a coat of paint will do it.
